Bimbamboo was founded by brother and sister team Helen and David Wechsler in the late spring of 2007. Our mission was to provide a unique and innovative culinary experience…. the freshest and most delicious meal possible, at a reasonable price. We have drawn on our team's award winning culinary skills, broad restaurant business / entertainment experience, and passion for hospitality to create a unique casual dining experience focused on the flavors of Southeast Asia. Bimbamboo opened to rave reviews in late December of 2007 in Boulder, CO.
Our unique concept defies the usual stigma attributed to many Asian or Asian fusion casual dining concepts and instead provides the guest with a more updated “look, taste and feel”… pleasing to all of the senses. The menu draws from Thailand, Vietnam, India, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore and beyond. Many of the menu items at Bimbamboo are not found at any other Asian or Continental restaurants in the market area.
Our high service standards, original presentation, fresh and natural ingredients and healthy preparation techniques are second to none in the low to moderate price category.
